Misconduct Reporting
Supporting Our Core Values
As an organization built on integrity, trust, and excellence, Cyber Staffing expects all employees, contractors, and partners to conduct themselves at all times in alignment with our core business principles. This means acting ethically, transparently, and in full compliance with our policies, procedures, and all applicable laws and regulations.
We believe our reputation is one of our most valuable assets. To preserve and strengthen it, we expect everyone representing Cyber Staffing to embody our core values — knowledge, service, trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement — and to consistently demonstrate professionalism and accountability. As part of our culture of openness and responsibility, we encourage all stakeholders to promptly report any actions, incidents, or behaviors that fall short of these standards.
Our Commitment to Safe and Transparent Reporting
To support this, Cyber Staffing treats all reports of misconduct with the utmost seriousness. Any concerns raised in accordance with our official procedures will be handled confidentially (except as necessary to conduct a proper investigation and take corrective action) and with a strict non-retaliation policy — no employee or contractor will face repercussions for filing a good-faith report.
